R. BLAKE IZATT started RBI Benefits in 2001. He has 25 years of experience in the Health Insurance and Employee Benefits industry. He works hard for his clients, and his creative benefit designs help to recruit and retain top employees. His goal is to help his business clients achieve a return on their investment in employee benefits.

Blake graduated from Weber State University with a degree in English and Math. He loves spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. He enjoys being active in just about anything including hiking, trail-running and golf.

SHANE R. SKEEN

Partner

SHANE R. SKEEN brings a fresh approach to the Group Benefits industry. He graduated from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, at Utah State University in Entrepreneurship. Shane uses innovative approaches to lower costs and simplify employee benefits. He stays current on the latest health insurance industry trends. He is a leader in the Utah Health Underwriter’s Association where he was named Underwriter of the Year (2019) by his peers.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. Shane enjoys biking, golfing, and most outdoor activities. If any of these things sound fun to you, call Shane, he would love to go. Health insurance is better discussed while doing something fun.

WHITNEY STARKS

Benefit Strategy Advisor / Director of Finance

WHITNEY STARKS has taken on a dual role as Benefit Strategy Advisor and Director of Finance.  She coordinates the work of quoting and proposal-making for the RBI team.  Using her skill with accounting and her strong attention to detail, she assists with plan design, installation and enrollments. She works closely with the insurance carriers and knows them inside and out.  She has worked hard to earn an undergraduate degree in accounting and an MBA in Finance.  She is utilizing these skills to help our clients save money and realize a return on their investment in employee benefits.

In her free time, Whitney enjoys traveling, DIY projects and playing with her dogs.

SHERIDAN PAULSON

Employee Benefits Advisor

SHERIDAN PAULSON will make sure the job gets done. She is dependable, and she finds solutions to problems with an exceptional attitude and an engaging personality. She has a keen eye for the details that simplify the complicated process of administering employee benefits. She loves building strong and lasting client relationships while sharing her expertise in a helpful way.

Sheridan is the lucky mother to a little girl. They are quite the duo! From exercise, adventures, travel, laughter and a whole lotta love – you can count Sheridan in.

BRODY K. BAGSHAW

Small Group & Individual Advisor

BRODY K. BAGSHAW understands the marketplace very well. This allows him to recommend health plans that meet the needs of his clients. He brings enthusiasm and expertise to his work. He is responsive, follows through, and he knows how to make the process of getting health insurance easier. He is looking forward to meeting new clients and working to build relationships that will last.

Brody graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their two kids, playing sports and enjoying good food.

LIZ ALLRED

Account Manager

LIZ ALLRED is a hard worker and a quick study. In her high school days, Liz excelled in sports, especially basketball.

As an Account Manager, she looks forward to meeting new people and working hard to provide the best possible client service. She is trained in benefits administration, compliance, human resources and basic website design.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and three active boys. She likes the outdoors and loves to hike, ski, 4-wheel and play sports.
